Vegan flan Recipe

Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you this new delicious and perfect recipe for vegan and healthy flan caramel.
Preparing this recipe is very fast and simple, ideal for the whole family.
I remind you that this recipe is 100% natural with beneficial ingredients, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.

For 6 to 8 individual servings of vegan flan

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 3 teaspoons agar agar
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
    For the caramel
  • 3 tablespoons agave


  • In a saucepan over medium heat add the milks, coconut sugar, vanilla essence and stir with a wooden spoon until everything is well mixed.
  • Then add the agar agar and stir until everything is boiling and well integrated.
  • Then remove from the heat and pour the mixture into the flan mold. (I chose rubber molds for personal portions).
  • Then put in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least an hour.
  • Then Remove from the mold and serve the flan with agave on top.
  • Enjoy it!
