Vegan and healthy Panna cotta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of agar agar
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp

Elaboration

  • Combine all the ingredients (except the passion fruit pulp) in a saucepan and heat the mixture until it boils, always stirring with a wooden or rubber spoon.
  • When it comes to a boil, cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Then add the mixture in the molds of your choice.
  • Take to the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  • Run a knife along the edge of the panna cotta to loosen it from the pan. Next, turn the pan upside down on a serving plate.
  • To serve, add passion fruit pulp on top and ready to enjoy.
