Pink chia pudding

2 Cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk of your choice
1/2 Cup chia seeds
1 Tablespoon beetroot powder
2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2-4 Tablespoon maple syrup or other sweetener of your choice
Vegan yogurt on top (Optional)


Mix the chia seeds, vegetable milk, vanilla extract, beetroot powder, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
Then let sit for 5 minutes, then give it another mix before placing it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Once the resting time has passed, remove it from the fridge and serve the pink chia pudding in your favorite little bowl or glass.
Serve with some vegan yogurt on top and ready to enjoy.
