Healthy, gluten free and vegan Tahini bread

2 cup chickpea flour
4 tablespoons of ground flax + 8 tablespoons of water
4 teaspoons vinegar
12 tablespoons tahini
4 tablespoons maple syrup, date Honey or other liquid sweetener of your choice
200 ml of water
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Salt to taste
Bunch of seeds of your choice for top


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix the ground flax with the water and let it rest for a few minutes.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Now add all the wet ingredients like the tahini, water, the ground flax with the water, vinegar and the sweetener of your choice.
Mix until everything is smooth.
Then add the mixture to the baking pan.
Top the bread with your favorite seeds.
Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Once ready, let the bread cool to room temperature for at least another hour before consuming it.
