Hi everyone! I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes, healthy and vegan brownies without flour !! and yes, you are reading right haha ​​without flour 😉 This Brownie recipe besides from being super healthy is Delicious !!!  Ideal for when you feel like something sweet and chocolaty.  In addition to these recipe from being Gluten free, sugar free White, Vegan, is full of fiber and nutrients for the body.

Healthy and vegan brownies without flour ¡Delicious!

Ingredients

¾ Cup Almond butter
¼ Cup maple syrup or maple syrup
¾ Apple Sauce Cup (sugar free)
2 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons almond flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup melted chocolate 75 to 80%

Elaboration

  • First Preheat the oven to 180 °
  • Mix in a Bowl all the Dry ingredients until it is well mixed.
  • Then add all liquid ingredients to the bowl and mix again until homogeneous.
  • Add the mixture to the brownie mold and bake for about 20 minutes until it is with a hard layer on top and inside cooked with a very soft texture.
  • Let cool for about 30 minutes and ready to enjoy !!
