Healthy and vegan almond flour brownies

  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 7 tablespoon of applesauce
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 7 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven to 180°Celsius
  • In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  • Then, add the wet ingredients inlcuding the chocolate chips and mix well all together.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 180°C for 17-21 minutes (17 minutes for the fudgiest brownies, 21 minutes for firmer and slightly cakier brownies).
  • Cool completely to room temperature in the pan, and let the brownies rest for a couple of hours before slicing and serving.
