Crispy tofu with sauteed Vegetables

Crispy tofu Asian-style recipe with sautéed vegetables, very easy to prepare at home and delicious !. Ideal for a low calorie lunch or dinner, nutritious and protein meal. In this recipe I only add broccoli and green beans which is what I had in my fridge at that moment, but you can add the vegetables that you like the most or that you have at that moment in your fridge! Enjoy it!

Crispy tofu with sautéed vegetables ¡Asian-style!


For the crispy tofu marinade

  • 300 grams of tofu
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (optional)
  • 3 minced garlic cloves or 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the sautéed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 Cup broccoli
  • 1 1/2 Cup Green beans
  • Add the vegetables you like the most!


  • First cut the tofu into cubes and then marinate about 10 minutes with the soy sauce, rice vinegar sesame oil (optional), 3 minced garlic cloves or 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, sesame seeds, lemon juice.
  • Then heat a pan with a drizzle of oil and add the marinated tofu then cook until golden brown.
  • On the other hand, cook the vegetables you chose and then sauté with a little soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Then Ready to serve!
